Old Tom 12 Gin

Infused with thyme, cardamom and rosemary, Old Tom 12 is an aromatic expression of the classic Old Tom. Inspired by the glacial landscape of Northern Europe, Old Tom 12 is bracing, smooth and led by botanicals which complement delicate notes of juniper.

An Old Tom gin is subtly sweeter than a London Dry and is slightly drier than Dutch Genever, positioning itself as the perfect intermediary The Old Tom style eventually gave way to the better-known London Dry but in recent years, has experienced a revival spurred by the craft cocktail movement.  It is often referred to as the 'missing link' in the cocktail world and is perfect for tipples that are both classic and contemporary.

Why is it called Old Tom 12?

The 12 is because we live in an amazing place called Lewisham which has 12 in-codes (the bit after the first half of a postcode!)
