Old Tom 6 Gin

Our multi award-winning Old Tom 6 contains six carefully chosen botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, lemon peel, angelica root and orris root, and its signature botanical - Scotch bonnet. The gentle warmth of chilli lingers on the palate just long enough to enhance the intriguing blend of botanicals, opening up the complexity of this gin.

Dating back to 18th century England, Old Tom gin is characterised as sweeter than London Dry gin, slightly drier than Dutch Genever and lighter on the juniper. Although Old Tom gin fell out of fashion in the modern age, it has experienced a revival, taking a central role in the craft cocktail movement. 

Often referred to as the 'missing link' in the cocktail world, our Old Tom is as perfect in classic and contemporary cocktails as it is sipped neat.
